Without faith you cannot please God

Picture
What is faith?

When you have faith, you have complete trust (confidence) in someone or something.

In the case of Christians, faith means having absolute trust (belief) in God.

That is it! If you are a woman or man of God, you believe God. Period. You don’t believe Him a little bit or sometimes, but you trust Him always.

Hebrews 11:1 states, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”

This means you are hoping in God, believing He will answer your prayers that are according to His Word, even if you do not see any evidence of your prayers being answered.

How to displease God

Hebrews 11: 6 says, “But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”

If we were to tell the truth, we would acknowledge that we do not always believe God completely. Am I correct?

We are all guilty of putting more trust in others than we do in God, and that is disturbing.

What is wrong with us? Why would we doubt the God who fashioned the moon, sun, planets, flowers, people, animal, and everything else?

If we want to impress God, we have to believe God 100% and trust that He will reward us for seeking Him.

Do you believe God one 100%?

Remember, you won’t be able to please God if you just believe in Him 50% of the time. Not even 99.5% is enough.
