We are no longer broken

Picture
This morning one of our prayer warriors, known as Keon online, sent me a beautiful message. Now I am taking the time to share it with you, Victorious Ones.

Her message took my breath away. What came to my mind as I saw the picture was myself and others who were broken, but the golden love of God has repaired us.

After doing some research, I discovered that Kintsugi (golden joinery), also known as Kintsukuroi (golden repair), is the Japanese art in which artists repair broken pottery instead of throwing them in the trash.

In Kintsugi, broken ceramics are skillfully restored with "lacquer dusted or mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum."

The artists do not attempt to hide the fact that the ceramics were broken. When you look at this type of art, you can clearly see golden lines and curves. However, the gold eclipses and outshine the imperfections of the ceramics.

The Blood of Jesus is like the gold and we are like the broken ceramics. Wherever the Blood is applied or whatever the Blood of Jesus is applies to, it is like gold placed on broken ceramics. True value is added to those people or things.

When gold was used in the Tabernacle, those items received great value because gold signifies divinity.

Therefore, for those of you who feel broken or were once broken, when you come to God (through Jesus), He repairs and restores you just like how the Japanese use that lacquer resin mixed with powered gold, silver, or platinum to mend those ceramics.

Prayer
  • Heavenly Father, thank You for restoring me with the Blood of Jesus.
  • I decree and declare that I am no longer broken.
  • Psalm 34:18 is my portion. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit."
  • I decree and declare that Psalm 51:17 is my portion. "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise."
  • Father, I thank You for healing the brokenhearted and binding up our wounds (Psalm 147:3).
  • Father, thank You for dwelling with me...the one who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite (Isaiah 57:15).
  • I decree and declare that God is making my life straight.  I stand on Proverbs 3:5-6.
    "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths."
  • I have been forgotten like one who is dead; I have become like a broken vessel (Psalm 31:12), but Father You have not forgotten me and I am no longer broken because You have healed me with the Blood of Jesus.
  • I stand on Isaiah 61:1-11. "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
  • to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor, and the day of vengeance of our God;
  • to comfort all who mourn; to grant to those who mourn in Zion— to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit;
  • that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified. They shall build up the ancient ruins;
  • they shall raise up the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations.
  • Strangers shall stand and tend your flocks; foreigners shall be your plowmen and vinedressers..."
  • Father, I thank You that my broken places allow Your light to shine through in this dark world (I heard this from Joyce Meyers years ago).
  • I stand on Matthew 5:16. "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven."
  • Father, I will not beat myself up when I fall short of Your glory because I understand 2 Corinthians 12:8-10.
  • "8 Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. 9 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”
  • Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
  • I decree and declare that my broken pieces are restored.
  • I decree and declare that the pieces of my soul are restored (Psalm 23).
  • I decree and declare that the pieces of my marriage are restored with God's gold, which is the Blood Jesus.
  • I decree and declare that the pieces of my body are restored with God's gold, which is the Blood Jesus.
  • I decree and declare that the broken pieces of my prayer life are restored with God's gold, which is the Blood Jesus.
  • I decree and declare that the broken pieces of my spouse's life are restored with God's gold, which is the Blood Jesus.
  • I decree and declare that the broken pieces of my children's lives are restored with God's gold, which is the Blood Jesus.
  • Like the Tabernacle, we are covered with divine gold, which is symbolic of the divine, powerful, and blessed Blood of Jesus Christ. Now we are holy, set apart for God's eternal purpose.
  • I stand on Isaiah 53:5. "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."
  • I sealed this prayer with the Blood of Jesus and there will be no backlash or retaliation of the devil.
  • I am restored in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah!
