Get ready to rejoice because the Lord has given you victory! How do people behave when they win a game, pass a test, or earn extra money? They shout for joy, right? Well, Psalm 118:15 tells us that “Shouts of joy and victory resound [boom or echo] in the tents of the righteous.”
Apostle Paul already told us that we are always triumphant in Christ. Therefore, this should be a reality in our lives. Is victory your reality? Are you celebrating in your houses?
So for those of you who have been struggling, feeling overwhelmed, and crying, Psalm 126:5 assures us that “Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.”
Now, start singing, clapping, dancing, skipping, running, and shouting for joy. Take off your mourning clothes, remove your garments of shame, burn your grave clothes, and rejoice in the Lord!
You mourning days are over. God is giving you “crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair” (Isaiah 63:1). Then He will give you a new name which is “oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor” (Isaiah 63:1).
You are oaks of righteous because God’s joy is strengthening you, causing you to always conquer over your enemies.
