Are you the black sheep of your family? Do you know others who are labeled as the black sheep? In the Book of Genesis, Esau could be considered as the black sheep of the family, right? He married women who did not serve the Lord and were displeasing to his parents (Genesis 26:34-35). This son also sold his birthright for a bowl of soup (Genesis 26:29-34). Like the prodigal son, Esau, was willing to disgrace himself and his family. Nevertheless, the Lord is reaching out to all the Esaus today. If you have made horrible decisions in your life and have embarrassed yourself, the Lord wants to restore you. Cry out to Him in repentance and begin to humbly listen to His voice as He leads you down the path of righteousness. Previous article BUZZ! Get rid of the dead flies in your life |
