The glory of the Lord ~Sept 16

This morning I prayed about God's  glory. We fasted over the summer to see God's glory. Then my daily reading was Exodus 33. 
I went out about 30 minutes ago and saw SLAVA  on a license plate. 


The word deals with some religious feast, but it also means glory.

The glory of God is the beauty of His wonderful Spirit. It is not a physical beauty. His glory is his beautiful character!!  It's His love,  kindness,  goodness,  etc. 


The glory of the Lord is being revealed in all parts of our lives!


Habakkuk 2:14 
For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.
with you before the world existed.


Isaiah 58:8  
Then shall your light break forth like the dawn, and your healing shall spring up speedily; your righteousness shall go before you; the glory of the Lord shall be your rear guard.


Philippians 2:11 
And every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.


Exodus 33:18 
Then Moses said, "Now show me your glory."
