"See, the Lord your God has given you the land. Go up and take possession of it as the Lord , the God of your ancestors, told you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
The Book Deuteronomy name means "repetition of the law" or "second law." This book is the fifth book of the Jewish Torah and was written by Moses.
Torah means "to flow or throw something" or "a set of instructions."
Father God, thank You for drawing and pulling us out of the water of the world, like You did Moses.
Thank You for giving us Your law from the Supreme Courts of Heaven.
We obey Your law daily, Mighty Judge. Thank You for reminding us that Jesus came and fulfilled the law.
Matthew 5:17-20 reads, “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished."
Father God, please give us a deeper desire to repeat and follow Your law, for two must walk together in agreement (Amos 3:3).
Thus, we walk in agreement with You, LORD, and honor Your sharper than a double-edged Sword Word and law by your grace.
As a result, we receive a double portion of blessings in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Help us, Abba Father to take possession of the land You have promised us. Send Your angels to help us to go up and take possession of it as You, the God of our ancestors, told us.
Help us not to be afraid. Father, help us not to be discouraged but to be bold as a lion in the mighty name of Jesus Christ (Deuteronomy 1:21).
I decree and declare that You, LORD, have healed our land.
I decree and declare that we possess our possessions (Obadiah 1:17).
I decree and declare that we possess the land of our prayer lives, Bible studies, families, marriages, children, health, wealth, houses, and resources in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
I seal us, this prayer, and our progress with the Blood of Jesus Christ. Amen.
