God has what we need. He can cause manna to rain in our lives. There is nothing too hard for Him. The problem is we often disobey God’s instructions.
He told the Israelites what to do, yet they kept doing their own thing. That is why their journey took 40 years instead of 11 days.
Decide today to let God lead. This means you have to step to the back and follow Him. You cannot get out of the wilderness without Him. Therefore, submit yourself to His Word.
Perhaps your wilderness is fornication, sexual perversion, addiction, poverty, depression, anger, marital separation, rebellious children, hate, grief, jealousy, discord, confusion, homelessness, regret, or fear. Submit to His Word.
Do not go ahead of Him. You must follow Him step-by-step, day-by-day. You cannot worry about your life because you have NO power to control your life.
You have tried before and made a mess of everything. Now make a decision to walk with the Father minute-by-minute.
Receive every gift He gives to you. If He sends others to bless you, receive it. Don’t let pride and ignorance block your blessings.
Honor the Sabbath. Resting on the Sabbath is a gift to us.
Trusting God to provide for our needs is a gift. Jesus died so we can have the gift of abundant life.
I can remember telling God I wanted to work and make my own money. Yes, I remember saying that. I was so ignorant for praying in that manner because nothing that I worked hard for made progression in my life. I just created more confusion and had no rest.
Let us make the decision to trust in the Lord with all of our hearts and lead not to our own understanding. When He gives us directions about a particular blessing in our lives, we need to obey. Amen? Amen.
