She walks the cold grounds of the school’s hallway, Whispering to her stomach, You won’t eat today. She sits in class swearing her frame isn’t right. I know what I must do tonight. She is a frail shell, But no one can tell. No one knows of her hell. She sits in math class Wishing the day will quickly pass. She stares into the bathroom mirror twice. No more eating white rice. She swears her face isn’t right. I know what I must do tonight. She reads magazines and watches TV. Who would wanna look like me? She is a sketched shell, But no one can tell.
