Pile your troubles on God’s shoulders and He’ll carry your load

Picture
Shake your mind until all of your worries fall to the ground like pieces of paper. Then take the fire of the Word and burn up all the things that are plaguing your peace.

Psalm 55:22 (NIV) states, “Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.”

The Message version of this same verse says, “Pile your troubles on God’s shoulders—he’ll carry your load, he’ll help you out. He’ll never let good people topple into ruin.”

Father, we give You all of our problems because You are able to carry our heavy loads. You are El Shaddai, our Mighty God, so we acknowledge that You are strong enough to handle our burdens as well as the cares of the entire world!

Matthew 6:25-34 tells us not to worry about our lives, what we will eat, drink, and wear. Verse 33 says we are to seek first God’s kingdom and His righteousness, and all the things we need will be given to us.

If we yearn after God and follow the rules of His kingdom, He will bless us exceedingly and abundantly above all we could ever ask or think.

Give Jesus Christ your concerns because you cannot handle them. The enemy wants you to topple over and be destroyed, but Jesus died that you might have life and have it more abundantly.

Whatever it is you are in need of, ask the Lord and He will bless you exceedingly and abundantly above all you could ask or imagine. As long as those thoughts are based on His will (His Word), just know He will supply all of your needs.

I know your heart is still racing right now. Your head is becoming tight like it is about to explode. The enemy is showing you all the “dysfunctions” in your life and you want to escape it all.

Well, the Lord wants you to know you are strong enough to endure those trials. He would never give you more than what you can handle. You are blessed. His strength is magnified in your weakness.

Now repeat this: “I am strong because El Shaddai lives in me. I can handle this situation and it is working out for my good in the name of Jesus!”
