  The Holy Spirit is REFRESHING those who are weary in any areas of their lives.

BIBLE VERSES ON REFRESHING Psalm 23:3 says God RESTORES our souls. As you read Joel 2:25, The LORD says, "I will give you back [restore] what you lost to the swarming locusts, the hopping locusts, the stripping locusts, and the cutting locusts..." Acts 3:19 states, "REPENT [change your mind], and turn to God, so that your SINS may be WIPED OUT, that times of REFRESHING may come from the Lord..." Isaiah 44:3 tells us that God will pour WATER on the thirsty land, and STREAMS on the dry ground, and He will pour His Spirit upon our offspring, and His BLESSING on our descendants.
