God knows me by name![]() Heavenly Father, we thank You for creating us, forming us (Psalm 139), and loving us. We are Your masterpiece (Eph2:10), created to do good works for You, Father. You know us by name. Therefore, we have nothing to fear. We have been redeemed by the Blood of Jesus. We belong to You, Father. We are Your royal priests in the earth (1 Peter 2:9). We offer up our lives to You on the altar of sacrifice (Romans 12:1). We are holy by the Blood. We are victorious in You. I decree and declare Psalm 139. Like King David, I decree and declare that You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely. You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you. For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand-- when I awake, I am still with you. Father, I stand on Isaiah 43:1. “But now thus says the Lord, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.” Father, I praise You, Father, that I am redeemed by the Blood of Jesus. Our sins are washed away with the Blood of Jesus. Jesus has saved us, vindicated (supported) us, bought us from a life of hell. I am back in right standing with God because of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. His Blood has rescued me. I am now recovered, reclaimed, and restored. Father, I stand on John 10:14-15. Jesus said, “I am the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.” Then in John 10:3, Jesus lets me know that I hear His voice, and He calls me (His own sheep), by name, and He leads me to green pastures. I am known by the Good Shepherd, and He gave up His life for me, but, Hallelujah, Jesus rose up from the dead. Now He is seated at the right hand of the Father. Glory to God! God said in Jeremiah 1:5, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.” God knew me before my parents linked up together. Psalm 91:14 reminds me that God loves me, delivers me, protects me, and knows my name. Hallelujah! "Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name." I also decree and declare Isaiah 49:1-26. “The Lord called me from the womb, from the body of my mother he named my name.” Lord, always keep my ears opened so I can hear You calling my name. Father, I rejoice in You because when I pass through the waters, You are there with me. Even when I trudge through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm me. Father, You promised that when I walk through fire, I shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume me (Isaiah 43:2). All because You love me! Father, You will fulfill Your promises concerning me because I am favored by You and You know me by name (Exodus 33:17). Hallelujah, I am engraved on the palms of His hands, and my walls are ever before Him (Isaiah 49:16). Thank You, God! I cover this prayer in the Blood, and there will be no backlash or retaliation of the devil. Lord, I love and adore You. You are my everything. I am loved by the King of kings. Amen.
