I keep seeing the word SALT. Here are my thoughts. 


*We are the salt of this world (Matt 5:13)
*salt preserves
*salary comes from an ancient word that means "salt money" (Roman soldiers allowing salt to be sold)
*salt means friendship and promises
*Greeks thought salt was divine
*God made a covenant of salt with King David  (2Chr 13:5)
*Salt had to be added to all meat offerings in OT (Lev 2:13)
*God made salt covenant with the Leviticus priests (Num 18:19)


Saints, the Lord will preserve us and keep his promises to us. Likewise, let's keep our promises to each other. Love is the "salt" we must add to every area of our lives. Let our prayers, worship, Bible reading, fasting, fellowship, behavior, thoughts, and commitment be like salt (Jesus Christ) Amen! 


WE DON'T WANT TO TURN INTO A PILLAR OF SALT LIKE LOT'S WIFE. NO,  WE WILL OBEY GOD AND SPRINKLE OUR SALT OVER THIS BLAND AND DARK WORLD.
