Stop whatever you are doing right now and tell yourself how special you are. This message is for those individuals who have a tough life. The Lord wants you to know He loves you. You matter to Him and He is going to bless your life.
Isaiah 54:4 states, “Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame; for you will forget the shame of your youth, and will not remember the reproach of your widowhood anymore.” Stop being afraid even though you are in that unstable situation, for you will not be humiliated, embarrassed, or mortified. And for that wife who is being violated by your husband in any way, especially emotionally, the Lord wants you to know He is your husband (Isaiah 54:5). The Bible says a husband is to love his wife like Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her (Ephesians 5:25). If a man is unwilling to sacrifice all for him wife, does he truly love her? The next time you pray, ask the Lord that question and wait for your answer. The Lord is calling out to all the broken individuals, especial devastated wives. Isaiah 54:6 reads, “For the Lord has called you like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, like a youthful wife when you were refused…” The Father has heard your prayers. He saw how you were rejected, forsaken, abandoned, discarded, deserted, and disowned until you grieved in spirit. If a person is grieved, he or she is actually suffering, mourning, and lamenting, which are all connected to being sorrowful. Since your spouse refused (denied) you of things, such as affection, respect, time, money, or love the Lord is redeeming you, calling you by name, and restoring you. That is why verse one of Isaiah 54 says, “Sing, O barren, you who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married woman…” Let’s make one thing clear, married people are sometimes extremely barren. That is why many end up divorce. I pray married couples will humble themselves and turn to Jesus, the source of their joy and strength. This way they can make fruitful their barrenness. Then the Lord can enlarge the place of their tents and stretch out the curtains of their dwellings (Isaiah 54:2). Listen, the Lord loves us and He is setting our lives back in order. Do not fear, for we will not be ashamed. Previous article: Stop waiting for people to rescue you because they aren't coming |
